How to delete your My Virtual Mission Account.

Before you begin:

  • The best way to delete your account is via My Virtual Mission App.

  • Once you have deleted the account, there is a 14-day period whereby logging into your account will undo the deletion.

  • Once the 14-day period has passed, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

  • Deleting an account will not reinstate any join code(s).

  • Deleting a My Virtual Mission Account will also delete any Conqueror account that shares the same log in email address.

Deleting your account

  1. Open the My Virtual Mission App.

  2. In the menu bar at the bottom of the screen, tap the menu icon on the right.

  3. Tap My Account.

  4. Select the account deletion dropdown option at the bottom.

  5. Tap the delete account button in red.

  6. A screen will pop up letting you know the data that will be deleted from the platform. Once you have read it and are prepared to delete your account, proceed to the next step.

  7. Check the yes, delete my account box, and enter your password to confirm the deletion process.

  8. Tap the confirm deletion button in red to complete the deletion process.

A quick note:

Once you have completed this process, you should receive a confirmation email letting you know that the deletion process has started. After placing the deletion request, you will still have 14 days to cancel the process if needed or if you deleted your account by mistake.

If you cannot access your account, you can also email [email protected] and request your account is deleted. You must email from the account email address/username to request a deletion.
